YARN

We use embroidery-specific yarn to produce our goods. The yarn has to be strong enough to endure the physical strain from the embroidery machine and the heat of dyeing process. Most of the time we deal with polyester yarns for its high resistance of UV light and mildew compared to nylon, while still maintaining its hand-feel/texture. Be it a textured or filament yarn with cord wrapping or 3-ply twisting, we select only the best quality threads capable of enduring the harsh use it will face during its lifetime as a product.

CORD

Cord yarns are produced by twisting ply yarns together, with the final twist usually applied in the opposite direction of the ply twist. This thick yarn is used to create weighty outline for embroidery designs or bold look when used in conjunction with net fabric.

POLYESTER YARN

Polyester yarn is made from post-recycled consumer plastic wastes such as bottle and fabrics. It has superior strength and elasticity, making it a perfect choice for wide variety of textile products. From matte texture to shiny filaments, polyester has endless possibilities to cater to your yarn needs.

METALLIC

Long gone the days where real silver or gold were used for clothing. Today metallic yarn uses plastic-coated metals to match the shininess of its origin counterpart without losing its sparkles. Embroidery with metallic yarn has always demanded attention of the audience.

NYLON

An alternative of polyester yarns, nylon is stronger and durable than polyester. It is usually used for technical and outdoor clothing due to its strong resistance against abrasion. The selection of nylon in embroidery means that it will produce more durable and long-lasting goods.

NOVELTY YARNS

Other yarns such as bamboo, rayon, wool, silk, and many more are available upon request for your inquiry. There is no right or wrong in the process of embroidery as we are open for innovations and unseen products. Give us the word and we will be happy to assist you.
